California State Treasurer Hosts Housing Regulation Reform Meetings

Join Treasurer Fiona Ma at one of the upcoming California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) & California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) Regulations Revision Workshops.  The workshops are designed to provide the public an opportunity to provide input on the CDLAC and CTCAC regulations as the Treasurer seeks to revise them to meet her housing and economic development goals.

California Department of Fish and Wildlife to Hold Public Meetings on Changes to Public Lands

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has announced upcoming “Open House” public meetings regarding changes to public lands, including the designation of eight new properties as ecological preserves, one new property as a wildlife area, as well as site-specific regulation changes for eleven existing wildlife areas and ecological preserves.  The meetings, held June 18 – June 25 across the state, are a preview of expected rulemaking to follow beginning in October 2019.  CDFW staff will be on hand to answer questions about specific properties and to obtain public input.
