The Legislature will return Monday, August 1, 2016 following their month long summer recess. The Legislature will return to address hundreds of bills during the final month of the 2015-16 legislative session. During this time, the respective Senate and Assembly Appropriation Committees will determine the fate of countless bills on the Suspense File, and the floor of each house will also cast votes on a number of bills up until the last minute on August 31, 2016.
