On December 17th, Representative Jared Huffman (D-Del Norte) was announced as Ranking Member of the House Natural Resources Committee for the 119th Congress. Representative Huffman has served on the House Natural Resources Committee for the past 12 years; he has also served as a Subcommittee Chair/Ranking Member for the past 10 years. He represents a district that gives him a unique perspective and comprehensive insight on the issues reflected in Natural Resources. The district of Representative Huffman includes the RCRC member counties of Del Norte, Humboldt, Mendocino, Sonoma, and Trinity.
