Napa County Supervisor Anne Cottrell to Help Lead RCRC in 2026In December 2025, Napa County Supervisor Anne Cottrell was elected by her fellow supervisors to serve as Second Vice Chair of the Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC). Supervisor Cottrell was officially sworn in on January 21st during the RCRC Board of Directors meeting, marking the establishment of the 2026 RCRC Officers.
