The Rural Recap is prepared for the RCRC Board of Directors to highlight significant actions taken on issues impacting California’s rural counties. It outlines key advocacy efforts engaged in by RCRC staff on behalf of California’s rural communities and serves as an end-of-year summary, and an informational “leave behind” piece during legislative visits and events with other organizations throughout the next year.
