California is where MEDIKO’s story began. It is where founder, owner, and CEO Dr. Kaveh Ofogh became a licensed California physician and developed the values that would later shape the company. For the past 30 years, MEDIKO Correctional Healthcare has operated under the same name and ownership with an untarnished record, earning a reputation for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and respect for the dignity of every human life. Today, as MEDIKO expands in California, the company is returning to its roots, inspired by a shared commitment to delivering the highest quality healthcare to the communities it serves.
