Join RCRC on December 15th for an exclusive webinar for county employees, providing “need to know” details about recent Brown Act changes within SB 707 (Durazo). Hosted by RCRC in partnership with the California State Association of Counties, Urban Counties of California and the California Clerk of the Board of Supervisors Association, this session will offer both policy context and a technical breakdown of key changes, including updates to teleconferencing rules, regular meeting requirements, language access provisions, and ADA accommodations. Attendees will also receive insights into the evolving legislative landscape of the Brown Act as we look ahead to 2026 and beyond.
