Senior Vice President of Government Affairs
RCRC is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Government Affairs to lead advocacy on behalf of California’s rural counties. As the organization’s chief policy and advocacy leader, this executive directs state and federal government relations and ensures RCRC’s advocacy efforts advance the priorities established by its Board of Directors. The successful candidate is a strategic, politically savvy leader with a deep understanding of California’s public policy landscape and the unique needs of rural counties.
Salary Range: A reasonable annual salary estimate for this position is $294,000 – $394,000. The offered salary will ultimately be determined through mutual agreement based on the selected candidate’s overall career experience, skills, and abilities.
