The Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC) is seeking a highly qualified public accounting firm to serve as its independent auditor and tax services provider for RCRC and its affiliated entities.
Through this Request for Proposals, RCRC intends to identify a partner with demonstrated expertise in governmental and not-for-profit auditing, multi-entity financial reporting, and tax compliance services. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting annual audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Government Auditing Standards, as well as supporting related tax filings and compliance requirements.
The engagement requires a firm capable of managing complex, multi-entity financial structures while maintaining independence, technical excellence, and responsive client service.
