The Rural County Representatives of California is seeking a highly qualified Construction Management firm to serve as a trusted advisor and owner’s representative for the proposed acquisition and renovation of its future headquarters in downtown Sacramento.
Through this Request for Proposals, RCRC aims to identify a partner with demonstrated expertise in due diligence, design oversight, and construction management who can guide the organization through a complex, multi-phase process—from initial property evaluation to final project closeout.
