The Rural County Representatives of California is seeking a highly qualified Construction Management firm to serve as a trusted advisor and owner’s representative for the proposed acquisition and renovation of its future headquarters in downtown Sacramento.
Through this Request for Proposals, RCRC aims to identify a partner with demonstrated expertise in due diligence, design oversight, and construction management who can guide the organization through a complex, multi-phase process—from initial property evaluation to final project closeout. The selected firm will play a critical role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with RCRC’s operational needs and long-term vision.

RCRC has narrowed its search to the property at 700 L Street in downtown Sacramento and is currently conducting due diligence to determine whether it is a suitable office location.
