MWD’s Long-time Leader to Step Down
Last week, Jeffrey Kightlinger announced his plans to leave his top position at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD). For the past 14 years, Mr. Kightlinger has served as General Manager of MWD, one of the state’s largest water wholesalers that provides water for most of Southern California’s water needs.
