Modoc County Supervisor Geri Byrne Continues in Leadership Role at RCRC in 2026

SACRAMENTO, CA – On Wednesday, January 21st, Modoc County Supervisor Geri Byrne was sworn in as Immediate Past Chair of the Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC), continuing her leadership role within the organization. Assembly Member David Tangipa administered the Oath of Office during the installation of RCRC’s 2025 Officers.
