The Sacramento Bee – As California’s drought worsens, this project could help — if only it stops being delayed

​In a commentary to the Sacramento Bee, Gary Evans, Colusa County Supervisor and Board Alternate for the Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC), discussed the severe impacts of California’s third consecutive year of drought. He emphasizes the need for new water infrastructure and calls, in particular, for advancement of the Sites Reservoir project.
